I ordered the wrong color. Can I exchange it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can Contact Us so that we can either cancel the order (if you don't know the color you want) or change it for the correct color. 

If you have already received the order, we would be happy to offer a one time exchange free-of-charge.

In either case, if you're not sure what color you want, please order a free Color Chart at getsoto.com/colorchart to find your color.

Once you know the color you want, Contact Us again to let us know your color so we can ship it out! We will include a return shipping label that you can use to return your original item.
