My MULTI-SURFACE PAINT TOUCH UP arrived frozen. What do I do?

Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, the paint is subjected to very cold temperatures for a long time while in transit, which can freeze it or make it dry or grainy. If you are unsatisfied with the product upon arrival, please contact us for a replacement or a refund.
