Does Soto's MULTI-SURFACE PAINT TOUCH UP fill nail holes, and other small cracks and gaps?

Soto's Multi-Surface Paint Touch Up is designed to work on a variety of surfaces, but it is not a filler. If the cracks, gaps, or holes are very small, it should cover them well. However, nail holes or other larger blemishes may require a filler. Fortunately, Soto offers non-toxic, lightweight spackle in five different colors, in 4-ounce tubes and 8-ounce tubs, as well as in kits to repair both small holes (less than 1", such as nail holes) and large holes (up to 4" big).
